Send us the material for your build — logos, photographs, copy, brand files, whatever you have. Files go straight to our working drive, not onto this website, so size is not your problem and nothing here slows down.
Send us your files
Large files are fine. Send the originals: full-resolution photographs and the real logo files, not something pulled off a web page.
What to send
Logos and brand
Vector if you have it — .ai, .eps, .svg, or a layered .pdf. A PNG with a transparent background is the next best thing. Brand colours and fonts if they are written down anywhere.
Photographs
Straight off the camera or phone. Do not resize them for us, and do not send screenshots of photos. Crew at work, finished jobs, the building, the trucks, the people.
Words
Anything you have already written — old brochures, a services list, the paragraph you use in proposals. Rough is fine. We would rather rewrite your words than invent them.
Proof
Licences, certifications, insurance, awards, association memberships, a capability statement. These do the heavy lifting on a services site.
Access
Do not put passwords in a file here. Call us, or use a password manager share link. We will tell you exactly which accounts we need and why.
Anything else
Competitor sites you like, ones you hate, the thing your customers always ask. Context beats a tidy folder every time.
How this works
- Open the upload folder above and drop your files in. There is no account to create and nothing to install.
- Name them so we can tell them apart — shop-front.jpg beats IMG_4417.jpg. Not essential, just kind.
- Tell us when you are done, by phone or through support, and we will confirm we have the lot.
Your files go to our working drive, not to this website. That keeps the site fast, keeps your originals out of a public media library, and means a 400 MB folder of photographs is no trouble at all.
While you are here
- Your account — downloads, orders and licence passkeys live on your account page.
- Something broken? Support has the fastest route, and what to include so it only takes one message.
- Agent software — the store has the current builds and what each one does.
